From Preparation to Action
Following the earthquake that affected communities across Northern Cebu, the IT Managers Inc. team came together for a relief mission to support families impacted by the disaster. What began with boxes of supplies and a group of volunteers became something more meaningful. It became a collective effort to provide practical assistance, compassion, and solidarity to communities facing the difficult journey toward recovery.
Behind every relief pack was a team willing to help. Our employees worked together to prepare, organize, pack, load, transport and personally distribute relief goods to affected communities. From preparing supplies at the office to traveling north for the community distribution, everyone contributed their time and energy to help ensure that assistance reached families who needed it.
It was a shared effort made possible by people who simply wanted to help.
Reaching affected communities
For families affected by an earthquake, recovery does not end when the shaking stops. Communities are left to deal with damaged homes, disrupted livelihoods, uncertainty and the challenge of rebuilding everyday life.
Through this relief initiative, IT Managers Inc. sought not only to provide immediate assistance but also to remind affected families that they were not alone in their journey toward recovery.
Connections that matter
Meeting residents in person gave our team an opportunity to listen, connect and see firsthand what community support means during challenging times. Each relief pack carried more than essential supplies. It carried a simple message: We are together in this.
As a company, our everyday work revolves around people, technology, talent and solutions. Initiatives like this remind us that some of the strongest connections we build are not digital. They are the connections we create by showing up for one another.

We are grateful to everyone, including the people who prepared and packed the relief goods, coordinated logistics, helped transport the supplies, traveled to the affected areas and personally participated in the distribution.
